Integrated Policy Quality Management System and Safety at work

Camozzi S.p.A. has included among its priority goals, on the same level as profitability, product quality and service, safety at work (OHS) and protection of the environment.
The Company Management is engaged, therefore, to implement its Integrated Policy and to make it available for whoever requires it:

QUALITY

To meet and exceed the demands and needs of clients;
To develop and produce a reliable and technologically advanced product, in line with the industry requirements and with the mandatory directives, offering an efficient and effective service;
To aim to satisfy the requirements of company personnel;
To provide an environment which encourages continuous improvement, following the "Lean" principles;
To put into practice and to maintain an efficient System for Quality Management according to the Norm UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000, updating and applying systematically the defined procedures and the auxiliary documents which are supplied by the organization;
To define the corporate objectives ensuring they are obtainable and in line with the strategies of the Camozzi Group;
To periodically evaluate the performance of the Company Management through the quality processes and systems and to update and re-define the Quality Policy with new objectives in relation to the obtained results;
To analyse the causes of non-conformity as a starting point in the definition of corrective actions to take;

ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH (OHS)

To assure that our activities are executed in compliance with the regulations regarding OHS and environmental protection and with the practicing codes in force;
To absorb the explicit and implicit demands of the interested parties;
To put into practice and to maintain an efficient Integrated System for Environmental and Safety Management according to the Norms UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007;
To promote the Policy for the protection of the environment and of the occupational health and safety, through information, training initiatives, consultation and involvement of its employees and all people working for the Company;
To realize every effort in terms of organization, operation and technology for the continuous improvement in preventing water, air and earth pollution and protecting occupational safety and health;
To minimize environmental consequences such as the consumption of energy, water and material and the production of waste, favouring the recycling of the latter when possible;
To develop and keep working plans in order to handle an emergency situation, limiting impacts on people and on the environment;
To define environmental and OHS objectives, goals and programs, which can be integrated with the operative management of the plants and programs of business development;
